EOM/OHE

I open this text with an open mind. I am writing this short statement as an open source document for those who find discontent with certain forms of social modernity. This is just the very tip of the iceberg within our vast landscape of humanities and ethics discussions, but nonetheless is a jumping-off point to a bigger discussion that I hope we can unpack in person, in real time, and continue to edit, document and resolve these core solution-based themes of social progression.

Basque Expressions

Finishing up a very unofficial residency up in the hills behind Guethary in SW France. These pieces are documentations of a month of full immersion in to interior design development with Javier Mendizabal more on this at some point. I did my best to gesturally capture regional specific geography, nameless local legend sightings, border control avoidance routes, conversations, introductions, outroductions, spiritual abductions etc. Photo by Laurianne Consena

Olympic 2061

I do not follow organized sports, however I do admire the athleticism involved. It might have something to do with my past life being a diver, having a real in-depth experience with formal athletic pressure. Yes, it promotes fitness but that fitness would never be recognized with out a ranking system. That system is more important than the player involved, hence why all the system bending is over looked... that goes for everything when dealing with a top shot lifestyle. Photo by Mike Selsky.

LOB
(Selected Works)

This series of works explores the emotions attached to the psyche of loosing relationships in all forms. We shape our life around our relationships. What happens when we change our life perspective? Sometimes we go off piste, other times we stay on a course. These choices cause an array of differences, from how we connect with our friends, family, others to the way we interact socially at times leading to distance and even loss to once previously strong connections.
