D.Julian Smith (b. 1979)
San Diego native, based in Mallorca, Spain.
I am interested in expressing observational interpretations around socioeconomic issues, distortions of reality and perceived normality. Through multidisciplinary communication I aim to integrate an offline ethos as a core theme within my practice. Using a variety of mediums and techniques,
I explore these themes as a catalyst to connect with people through stories, conversations and emotional exchange.
